Software engineer working on Fox, an internal anti-fraud platform with 100+ controls processing more than 5M transactions daily.

Highlights:

1. Developed a versioning system for fraud-detection templates, enabling users to track configuration changes and roll back to previous versions.

2. Extended a batch-processing application to extract and archive case attachments for regulatory audit compliance, including handling large-file edge cases across Azure Blob Storage and HDFS.

3. Contributed features and bug fixes across a microservice architecture, working with cross-functional teams.

4. Rotated as an L3 Support Engineer, performing root-cause analysis and resolving production issues.

Principal developer for MyCompass (COMPLIance & ASSessment), an internal compliance platform used by 1,500+ users across 60+ countries.

Started as an end-of-studies intern before becoming one of the principal developers on the application and eventually taking on backup Tech Lead responsibilities alongside hands-on development.

Highlights:

1. Led the technical development of major features from requirements through delivery, contributing to architecture decisions, technical direction and performance improvements.

2. Solely led the resolution of a critical production issue affecting questionnaire configuration in an ongoing campaign. Designed and implemented a solution to inject missing data without impacting already completed questionnaires, while recalculating campaign statistics, risk calculations and overall results. Delivered within the required timeline with no regressions.

3. Established the project's front-end testing strategy and SonarQube quality gates, increasing overall code coverage from 0% to approximately 25%+ and introducing an 80% coverage requirement for new code.

4. Worked directly with Product Owners to assess technical feasibility, estimate complexity and translate requirements into technical solutions.

5. Conducted code reviews and mentored developers, helping establish consistent engineering practices.

6. Led knowledge-transfer sessions and helped establish the team's first developer wiki, documenting recurring issues, troubleshooting procedures, scripts and workarounds.

Worked directly with clients to design and deliver web solutions across several projects, from custom Laravel applications to WordPress sites.

1. Built a crowdfunding website using PHP/Laravel, translating client requirements into a tailored web solution.

2. Maintained and developed new pages for an art website using WordPress, while improving website performance and SEO.
